The Contract Shall Cover The Customers Needs For A Comprehensive Service Within Tender Execution (Kgv) And Contract Administration (Kav), With Good Functionality And Associated Services.The Service Shall Support The Entire Procurement Process From The Implementation Of Market Research, Announcement, Tender Submission, Contract Signing And Support For Contract Follow-Up And Management Until A Contract Is Concluded, As Well As Ensure Compliance With The Law And Regulations On Public Procurement (Loa/Foa), Cf. Points 4.2 And 4.6.The Service Must Be Delivered As A Software As A Service (Saas) Cloud Service, Accessible Via Browser Without The Need For Local Installation, And With Ongoing Operation And Maintenance, User Support, Updates And Security Elements Included. The Acquisition Also Includes Training For The Customers Users. Requirements For Training Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Point 5.7, As Well As Appendix 3 Plan For The Establishment Phase Point 5.The Customer Has Set Out Requirements For The Service In Appendix 1 Appendix 1 The Customers Requirements Table.
