The Subject Of The Public Contract Deals With Construction Modifications Of The Existing Building - An Apartment Building With 3 Above-Ground Floors, During Which The Thermal Technical Properties Of The Building Envelope Will Be Improved, Including The Replacement Of Hole Fillings And A New Composition Of The Roof Envelope. A Newly Established Bioclimatic Pergola Will Also Be Part Of The Work.The Building Is Made Of Bricks And Gas Silicate Blocks. The Ceiling Structure Consists Of Prefabricated Concrete Panels, In The Last Floors Ceramic Hurdis Ceilings With Concrete Overlay And Partially Pzd Ceilings Are Used. The Existing Windows Are Wooden, In Several Cases Already Plastic. Given The Current Requirements, These Fillings Are Unsatisfactory And Will Be Replaced. The Building Has 18 Apartments, A Common Room, An Office, A Library And A Laundry Room. The Building Is Permanently Inhabited. The Implementation Of The Work Will Be Carried Out During Operation, During The Implementation Of The Construction There Must Be No Permanent Restriction Of Movement To Individual Parts Of The Building, Endangering The Health, Property And Living Conditions Of The Buildings Tenants.The Appearance Of The Building Does Not Change With The Planned Construction Modifications.
