V. Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E Within The Meaning Of The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 755, As Amended), Including The Sale And Distribution Of Gas To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Form Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Current Contractor Is Unimot Energia I Gaz Sp. Z O. O., And The Contract Is Valid Until December 31, 2026.2. Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel During The Delivery Period, I.E. 12 Months: January 1, 2027. December 31, 2027, Amounts To 1,037.87 0 Kwh, In The Following W 3.6 308.183 Kwhw 4 101.616 Kwhw 5.1 628.071 Kwh3. The Estimated Quantity Of Gas Fuel Ordered Is A Forecast Quantity That Should Be Valued In The Price Offer. The Expected Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is An Estimate And Is Used Only For Comparison Of Offers. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel. Any Change In The Expected Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gas Fuel According To The Prices Specified In The Procedure Documentation.4. Settlements For Gas Fuel Will Be Based On Actual Consumption Based On Readings From The Existing Measurement And Billing System, After The Settlement Period Used By The Distribution System Operator.5. The Ordering Party Prefers That Invoices Be Issued In The Following Manner: 1) In A Given Settlement Period, The Ordering Party Will Receive One Invoice Covering The Total Consumption And The Total Amount Due For The Fuel Collection Points To Which It Applies, Indicating The Net, Vat And Gross Amounts; 2) As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Invoice, The Ordering Party Requires A Detailed Settlement Broken Down Into The Individual Consumption Points To Which It Applies, Indicating The Consumption And The Net, Vat And Gross Amounts Due For Each Point. Conscription.6. The Ordering Party Declares That It Is Exempt From Excise Duty Pursuant To Art. 31B Section 2 Point 1 Of The Act Of December 6, 2008. On Excise Duty (Journal Of Laws 2009, No. 3, Item 11, As Amended), Therefore, The Excise Duty Rate Should Not Be Added To The Unit Price Of Gas Fuel. In Accordance With The Provisions In Annex 4 To The Opz Procedure: The Estimated Part Of The Gas Fuel Purchased And Consumed At Ppg Used For The Needs Of Household Consumers In Residential Premises Or For The Production Of Heat Consumed By Household Consumers In Residential Premises And For The Needs Of Common Parts Of Buildings.7. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Change The Quantity (Decrease, Increase) Of The Purchased Gas Fuel (Related To, Among Others, A Change In The Number Of Gas Fuel Consumption Points).
