The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas E (Gz-50) To 34 Consumption Points Operated By The Brzeźnica Commune, 9 Consumption Points Operated By The Culture And Promotion Center In Brzeźnica And 1 Consumption Point Operated By The Municipal Public Library In Brzeźnica.2.Natural Gas Should Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended), The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Brzeźnica Commune, As A Public Administration Unit, Is Exempt From Excise Tax. The Gas Will Be Used For Own Needs.3.The Order Should Be Performed For A Period Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Commencement Of Gas Supplies, Provided That The Provision Of The Comprehensive Service Will Commence No Earlier Than On The Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of The Distribution Service By The Dso Under The Contract.4.For The Purposes Of This Procedure, The Ordering Party Assumed The Expected Consumption Of Natural Gas During One Year At The Level Of 2,340,100 Kwh (With A Conversion Factor Of 11.54 Kwh/M3), Including For: 1) The Brzeźnica Commune: 1,998,100 Kwh; 2) The Culture And Promotion Center In Brzeźnica: 301,000 Kwh; 3) The Commune Library Public In Brzeźnica: 41,000 Kwh.5.The Ordering Partys Gas Installation Is Connected To The Gas Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator: Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp.
