1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor For The Implementation Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks In 2026.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Delivered Vehicle Will Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Services Accompanying The Delivery Of The Car, Indicated In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Swz, Because The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In The Manner Specified In These Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Contractor Must Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Vehicle Of At Least 12 Months. Attention! The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Quality Guarantee Period For The Offered Subject Of The Contract, As Part Of An Additional, Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. 6. Upon Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With All Documents Necessary For Use, Detailed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
