Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas. Maintenance Of The Surroundings Of Green Spaces Of Spi Buildings: These Specifications Govern A Multi-Year Service Contract Starting From The Date Of Notification For A Period Of 4 Years (4 Maintenance Seasons) Which Aims At The Main Maintenance Of The Surroundings Of Spi Buildings, Namely: - Lawn Mowing; - Pruning Hedges And Shrubs; - Cleaning Of Traffic Areas; - Collecting Leaves; - ..... ; These Services Are Carried Out Based On The Schedule Provided By The Service Provider. They Are Carried Out By Qualified Personnel With The Skills Required For The Work Requested. The List Of Buildings Concerned Is Included In The Summary Measurement. This List May Be Subject To Modifications During The Contract, In Particular Following The Sale Of A Building. The Service Provider Cannot, Therefore, Claim Any Compensation. If, However, A Building Were To Be Added To The List, It Would Be Subject To An Amendment To This Contract. Likewise, In The Event Of A Significant Discrepancy Between The Statement Provided In Appendix C Of The Specifications And Reality, An Amendment Must Be Established. By Submitting Its Offer, The Service Provider Is Supposed To Know Perfectly The Layout Of The Premises, Their Condition, The Possibilities Of Access To The Buildings And Equipment. This Contract Constitutes A Framework Agreement, For Which The Contracting Authority May Communicate Quantities, These Being Likely To Fluctuate Depending On Sales Of Buildings To Companies, Possible Acquisitions Or Any Other Decision Emanating From The Contracting Authority. Maintenance Will Be Carried Out As Needed. All Supplies Necessary For The Complete Completion Of This Contract Will Be Covered By The Successful Bidder. Travel Costs Are To Be Included In The Price. Not Included In This Package Are One-Off Interventions Which Will Be Subject To A Quote Or Not Depending On The Importance Of The Work. In Addition, One-Off Work May Be Requested From The Service Provider, Of The Same Type As That Included In Routine Maintenance Of The Surrounding Areas, But May Also Consist Of Pruning Work, Felling Of Trees, Development Or Redevelopment Of Flowerbeds, Placement Of Forest Barriers, Landscaping Of Lawns, Etc.
