Object Of The Procurement The Object Of The Procurement Is A Digital Service For Local Use Of Newspapers, Which Includes A Magazine Collection In Accordance With The Specifications Common To All Subscriber Units And A User Interface For Using, Browsing, Searching And Reading Magazines, As Well As Related Support Services. User Identification Of The Service Takes Place With Ip Addresses. This Acquisition Is Part Of The Material Acquisition Of The Finelib Consortium. Subscriber Units Are Public Libraries That Are Members Of The Consortium. All Subscriber Units Are Listed In Appendix 7. Based On The Competition, One (1) Service Provider Will Be Selected, Who Will Be Responsible For The Digital Service Of Local Newspapers As A Whole. Contract Period The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years. The Procurement Unit Has The Right To Extend The Validity Of The Contract With An Option Period Of A Maximum Of Two (2) Years Under The Terms Of The Contract. Scope Of The Procurement The Estimated Value Of The Procurement Is 2,250,000-3,380,000 Euros (Vat 0%), Including The Option Period. The Maximum Value Of The Purchase Is Eur 3,380,000 (Vat 0%). The Figures Are Based On Estimates Given By The Ordering Units About The Use Of The Framework Arrangement. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is Calculated For 4 Years. Determining The Anticipated Total Value Of The Acquisition Is Made Difficult By The Possible Variation In The Annual License Quantities Of The Ordering Units And The Annual Budgets Of The Ordering Units.
