Miscellaneous Food Products – Successive Delivery Of General Food Products For Selected Units Subordinated To The Stalowa Wola Commune.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of General Food Products For Selected Units Subordinated To The Stalowa Wola Commune, Defined According To Product And Price Groups For Individual Serviced Units, Constituting Annex No. 2 (Assortment And Price Form) To The Specifications Of The Order Conditions: 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively In Quantities Resulting From The Demand Placed Directly By The Serviced Entity. Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of An Order Placed By Telephone, E-Mail Or Fax By An Employee Authorized By The Unit. 4. The Quantities Specified In The Assortment And Price Form Are Estimates And May Be Reduced/Increased During The Execution Of The Contract, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Compensation Claim For This Reason. 5. It Is Possible To Change The Quantity Of A Particular Product Listed In The Product And Price Form - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. All Ordering Parties Indicated In The Swz (Serviced Unit) Have The Right To Order Any Products Listed In The Assortment And Price Form - Appendix No. 2 (Even If 0 Is Indicated In The Quantity Item) At Unit Prices. 6. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Order The Goods Being The Subject Of The Procedure With A Minimum Order Value Of 20% Gross Specified In The Offer. 7. The Financial Settlement Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party Will Be Based On The Quantity And Type Of Food Products Actually Delivered To The Serviced Unit And Their Unit Prices Given By The Contractor In The Assortment And Price Form, I.E. Invoice Payable By Transfer, With A Payment Deadline Of 30 Days, On A Weekly Basis. Invoicing Is Allowed For Each Delivery Of Goods Or Monthly Invoicing For Successive Deliveries Made Within 1 Calendar Month, At The Request Of An Authorized Person/Inspector In A Given Unit. 8. The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Batch Of Goods To The Indicated Units On Business Days At The Times Specified By The Given Unit Of The Ordering Party, Using Its Own Means Of Transport And At Its Own Risk, And Will Not Charge The Costs Of Transporting The Unit. The Contractor Is Obliged To Bring The Goods To Food Warehouses Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Facilities Of Given Units, Regardless Of Whether The Storage Space Is Located On The Ground Floor Or The First Floor, E.G. Of A Kindergarten Canteen. 9. The Means Of Transport Must Meet Applicable Sanitary Requirements For The Transport Of Food Products. 10. The Contractor Will Provide Containers, Boxes, Etc. Free Of Charge With Each Delivery Of Goods To The Ordering Partys Headquarters For The Period Until The Next Delivery. 11. All Products Included In The Order Must Be Delivered In Appropriate Packaging And Boxes (Packaging Material Approved For Contact With Food). 12. Authorized Employees Of Individual Units (Inspector And Chef) Will Collect The Goods In Terms Of Quantity
