Surveying, Hydrographic, Oceanographic And Hydrological Instruments And Appliances – Open Procedure Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Surveying Equipment For Topographical Measurements And Associated Services. This Framework Agreement Relates To The Supply Of Surveying Equipment And Associated Accessories For Use Within The Relevant Training Courses And Practical Environments Of Hogeschool Ghent (Hogent). Orders Are Placed On Demand, Depending On Hogents Specific Needs. Within The Framework Agreement, Hogent Can Order The Leveling Devices, Manual Total Stations, Robotic Total Stations, Gnss Devices And Associated Accessories Including Associated Device Software And Licenses Stated In The Specifications (Article Iii.3) At The Fixed Unit Prices Stated In The Inventory After Discount. Orders May Relate To The Purchase Of The Relevant Devices And Associated Accessories, As Well As Occasionally To Their Rental For Limited Periods (Week Or Month). The Framework Agreement Also Includes The Necessary Platform Software With Associated Licenses (Perpetual License Right) For The Management, Processing, Analysis And Exchange Of Measurement Data. On-Call Calibration, Training And Support Are Also Part Of The Assignment. In Addition, During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, Hogent May Also Order Other Surveying Equipment And Accessories For Topographical Measurements From The Contractors Product Range That Are Not Expressly Described In These Specifications. Its Price Is Determined On The Basis Of The List Price/Basic Price Applicable For That Device At The Time Of Ordering, Less The Fixed Global Discount Percentage Stated In The Quotation (And Any Additional Discounts Where Applicable).
