The Descriptions In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Contain Minimum Requirements For The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Which Means That The Contractor Can Offer Services With Better Technical Or Operational Parameters.4.In Each Case When The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Certificates, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems In The Swz, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed And The Words Or Equivalent Apply.5.The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On The Ordering Partys Working Days, Using The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense And Risk, At The Ordering Partys Registered Office - Lubawa, Ul.
