Requirements Regarding The Method Of Execution Of The Order, In Particular The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, Rules Of Execution Of The Contract, Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order, Terms Of Payment, Liability Of The Parties And Other Conditions Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Result In Technical Difficulties And The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Order, Which Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Order. 8. Order Completion Deadline: 1) Order Execution Deadline - 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 2) The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Validity Period Of The Contract In The Event Of Failure To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Contract Within The Contract Period Due To The Implementation Of Lower Orders - Changing The Contract Requires An Annex, However, The Ordering Party Unilaterally Notifies The Contractor About The Proposed Extension Of The Contract Before The Expiry Of The Deadline For Which It Was Concluded. 9.
