The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Collection And Management Of All Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Selectively Collected Waste, Tires, Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling, Bulky Waste, Used Electronic And Electrical Equipment From Residential Properties Located In Brzeg Dolny In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; 2) Handling, Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok); 3) Collection And Management Of All Municipal Waste From Uninhabited Areas, Referred To In Annex No. 8 To The Swz; 4) Running A Customer Service Point In Brzeg Dolny, In Order To Provide Ongoing Services To Property Owners In The Field Of Municipal Waste Collection Services; 5) Carrying Out An Ecological Education Campaign On The Proper Conduct Of Selective Waste Collection. 2.
