East Lothian Council Wishes To Establish A Flexible Purchasing System For The Provision Of Temporary Emergency Accommodation For Individuals And Households Experiencing Homelessness Within East Lothian Geographical Area. Emergency Accommodation Is Hotel Or Bed & Breakfast (B&B) Style Accommodation Which The Council May Need To Use When There Is No Other Form Of Temporary Accommodation Available To Meet Demand. The Council Will Be Purchasing A Room On A Per Night Basis Only And Will Have No Responsibility For Any Aspect Of The Accommodation.
