The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Brand New Passenger And Delivery Vehicles With Crew Bodies, Adapted For Road Works, With A Gross Vehicle Weight (Gvm) Of Up To 3.5 Tons. Details Included In The Swz. 1. Contractors Who Meet The Condition For Participation In The Procedure Regarding Technical Or Professional Capacity May Apply For The Award Of A Contract. The Contractor Will Prove That In The Last 3 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers In The Procedure, And If The Period Of Running The Business Is Shorter, During This Period, It Has Made At Least 2 Deliveries Of Cars With A Permissible Gross Weight (Gvw) Up To 3.5T, Where The Value Of The Delivery Of One Car Was Min. Pln 200,000 Gross. In The Case Of Deliveries Whose Value Is Expressed In The Contract In A Currency Other Than Pln, This Currency Should Be Converted Into Pln Using The Average Nbp Exchange Rate On The Date Of Completion Of The Delivery (In The Case Of Services Settled Only In Currencies Other Than Pln). 2. The Condition For Participation In The Proceedings Regarding Technical Or Professional Capacity Regarding The Delivered Deliveries Must Be Met: 1) By The Contractor Alone; Or 2) By At Least One Entity Providing Knowledge And Experience (Subcontractor) Independently; 3) In The Case Of Contractors Acting Jointly, Independently By At Least One Of The Contractors Acting Jointly. It Is Not Permissible To Combine (Sum Up) The Above-Required Experience Within The Experience Of Various Entities Involved In The Execution Of The Order. 3. In A Situation Where The Contractor Relies On The Experience Of A Group Of Contractors Of Which He Was A Member (E.G. Consortium), The Experience Will Be Assessed Depending On The Specific Scope Of Participation Of This Contractor, I.E. His Actual Contribution To Carrying Out The Activities That Were Required From This Group Under The Public Procurement Demonstrated To Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Condition For Participation In The Procedure. 4. The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings Regarding Technical Or Professional Capacity Have Not Been Defined On The Basis Of The Implementing Regulations Issued To The Act On The Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors. The Ordering Party Therefore Determines The Conditions Itself. 5. The Contractor May, Instead Of Appropriate Subjective Evidence Indicated In The Swz, Submit Or Refer To The Certificate Referred To In Art. 124 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, In The Scope Of Certification Of Non-Exclusion Or Certification Of The Contractors Capacity. 6. The Certificate Is Effective Only To The Extent That It Confirms The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion Or The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings Required By The Ordering Party In The Swz. 7. Contractors Jointly Applying For The Award Of A Contract May Use A Common Certificate Regarding The Certification Of The Contractors Abilities. 8. The Joint Contractor Capacity Certificate May Only Be Used By Contractors Who Have Been Jointly Certified And Only If The Same Contractors Jointly Apply For Contracts.
