Special Workwear – Intervention Suits. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of 700 Sets Of Single-Layer Emergency Suits For The Hzs Of The South Bohemian Region, Including Related Services, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Stated In Appendix No. 1 Of These Procurement Conditions During The Years 2027 – 2028. The First Part Of The Performance In The Scope Of 600 Sets Will Be Delivered Once, No Later Than 30.4.2027. The Remaining 100 Sets Will Be Ordered By The Contracting Authority Gradually According To Its Current Needs During The Validity Of The Contract, In The Form Of Individual Partial Orders. The Minimum Quantity Within One Partial Order Is 20 Sets. The Supplier Is Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Quantity No Later Than 90 Days From The Delivery Of The Relevant Order. The Last Partial Order Will Be Delivered To The Supplier So That Its Delivery Can Be Fulfilled By 10.12.2028 At The Latest. Furthermore, The Subject Of The Public Contract Includes: - Free Assessment Of The Protective Properties Of Emergency Clothing For The Entire Period Of Their Use, - Provision Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Of Emergency Suits, Service And Declaration Of The Method Of Repairs, - Provision Of Individual Size Testing For Selected Members, Including Free Measurement Of Atypical Sizes (Clothing Tailored According To Specifications) At No Extra Charge, At A Place Designated By The Customer (Maximum 7 Places - Fire Stations). - The Possibility Of Exchanging Unused Emergency Clothing If The Size Is Inappropriately Chosen According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, - Training Of Selected Members Of The Contracting Authority To Carry Out Inspections And Checks Of The Supplied Emergency Clothing At The Point Of Delivery.
