The Collective Agreement On Deferred Compensation For The Purpose Of Leasing Bicycles In The Municipal Public Service (Tv Bicycle Leasing) Came Into Force On March 1, 2021. Tv Bicycle Leasing Creates The Basis For Employees To Be Able To Convert Part Of Their Monthly Salary Into Leasing A Bicycle In The Future. The Aurich District Would Therefore Like To Offer Its Employees And Civil Servants The Opportunity To Lease Bicycles; The Offer Is Voluntary For Employees Of The Aurich District. Employees Pay Tax On The Monetary Benefit At A Monthly Rate Of 0.25% Of The Gross List Price. The Salary Conversion Is Exempt From Income Tax (Section 3 No. 37 Estg); In Addition, There Are No Pro-Rata Social Security Contributions To Be Paid. This Tax Regulation Applies To Bicycles And Pedelecs/Ebikes (Motor Support Up To 25 Km/H).
