El pago correspondiente a la culminación de la obra se efectuará una vez se haya realizado la inspección por parte del Departamento de Ingeniería y Arquitectura de la Dirección Regional de Educación de Veraguas, el inspector de obras de la Oficina de Fiscalización y el director del centro educativo. Posterior a esta inspección, deberá emitirse el Acta de Aceptación Final, la cual deberá estar debidamente firmada por la Entidad Contratante, el Contratista y el Departamento de Ingeniería, así como el Acta de Recibo a Satisfacción, firmada por el Director del centro educativo. Todo lo anterior conforme a lo establecido en el numeral 52 del artículo 2, y los artículos 110 y 113 del Texto Único de la Ley 22 de 27 de junio de 2006.
