The Ward Care Is Included In The Service Lists For The Services Mentioned. A Distinction Must Be Made Between The Following Works: - Clearance And Maintenance Work These Works Concern The Areas To Be Maintained On The Natural Gas Compressor Stations, Divided Into Woody Plantings, Meadows Or Lawns, Gravel Lawns Or Gravel Areas, Access Areas (Gravel Or Composite Paving) And The Eaves Areas (Gravel Strips Or Concrete Slabs Around The Station Fence). Flat-Rate Prices Must Be Offered For This Work For The Duration Of The Framework Agreements. This Work Must Be Carried Out By The Client On An Annual Basis. - Keeping Clear This Work Concerns The Protective Strip Areas Of The Natural Gas Pipelines And Connection Lines On The Station, Which Must Be Kept Free Of Trees And Unwanted Growth, As Well As The Video Management Systems Located On The Gates And Fence Areas In The Stations. Flat-Rate Prices Must Be Offered For This Work For The Duration Of The Framework Agreements. This Work Must Be Carried Out By The Client On An Annual Basis. - Work As Required This Work Concerns Additional Work, In Particular The Maintenance Of The Natural Gas Compressor Stations, E.G. Chopping Up Cuttings. For This Purpose, Corresponding Requirements Items Are Advertised In The Service Lists. The Scope Of Work Is Determined Jointly By The Client And Contractor After A Site Inspection Before Work Begins. The Task Is Identical For All 3 Stations, The Distinction Only Relates To The Quantities And Area Information.
