Energy And Related Services – Energy Services With Guarantee (Epc) For The Implementation Of The Energy Savings Project In Selected Facilities Of The Statutory City Of Česká Budějovica. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Energy Services With A Guaranteed Result According To §10E, Paragraph 4 Of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, As Amended, Consisting Of: A) Implementation Of Preliminary Activities; B) In The Processing Of The Necessary Project Documentation For The Implementation Of Cost-Saving Measures C) In Ensuring The Requirements Connected With Obtaining A Building Permit; D) In The Implementation Of Basic Energy-Saving Measures; E) In The Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Of Cost-Saving Measures; F) In The Development Of Operating Regulations For Newly Installed Equipment And Operator Training; G) In The Provision Of Energy Management H) In The Provision Of A Guarantee For The Achievement Of Contractually Guaranteed Savings. (Hereinafter Also The Project) In Order To Achieve An Increase In Energy Efficiency And A Reduction In Operating Costs In The Clients Facilities. The Implementation Of The Project Will Be Carried Out In The Following Stages: A) Stage I: Preliminary Activities (Verification Of The State Of Energy Use In Buildings); B) Ii. Stage: Processing Of The Necessary Project Documentation For The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures, The Implementation Of Basic Energy-Saving Measures (See In Particular Part Three Of The Contract), Including The Processing Of Documentation For The Actual Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures And The Development Of Operating Rules For Newly Installed Equipment And Operator Training; C) Iii. Stage: Provision Of Energy Management And Guarantees Including, In Particular, The Annual Processing Of A Report On Achieved Savings, Provision Of Energy Management, Continuous Evaluation Of Savings And Provision Of A Guarantee For The Achievement Of Contractually Guaranteed Savings, Proposal And, After The Consent Of The Contracting Authority, The Implementation Of Additional Energy-Saving Measures, Including The Implementation And Financial Settlement Of Additional Measures. The Public Order Will Be Implemented Using The Energy Performance Contracting Method (Hereinafter Referred To As Epc). This Is A Complex Public Order Including The Preparation, Implementation And Subsequent Long-Term Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Results Of Introduced Energy-Saving Measures, While The Supplier Will Provide The Client With A Guarantee For The Achievement Of The Expected Economic Benefits. Specific Energy-Saving Measures Will Be Proposed By The Contractor Himself And Included In The Epc Project, Which Will Then Be Implemented In Selected Buildings. According To The Clients Assumptions, The Proposed Energy-Saving Measures Will Include The Area Of ​​Heating, Construction Measures Improving The Thermal Technical Properties Of Buildings, Lighting, Consumption Of Hot Or Cold Water, Etc. The Content Of The Preparatory Work Is Complete Design And Engineering Work For Obtaining A Building Permit (If Necessary) And Subsequent Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Energy-Saving Measures (With The Handing Over Of Documentation For The Building Permit And Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction). Savings Will Be Contractually Guaranteed By The Supplier, Continuously Monitored, Evaluated And Documented.
