Medical Consumables – Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Disposable Cystoscopes And Ureteroscopes With Associated Monitors For The Urology Department. For Our Urology Department, We Wish To Switch To A 2-Year Framework Agreement, Extendable Twice For 1 Year Each Time, For The Purchase Of Disposable Cystoscopes And Disposable Ureteroscopes With Associated Monitors (4 Pieces). Preferably, The Same Monitor Can Be Used For Both The Cystoscopes And The Ureteroscopes. In This Framework Agreement We Wish To Obtain An Agreement For The Purchase Of The Scopes And A Loan Formula For The Monitors. This Must Be Taken Into Account In The Quotation To Be Submitted. The Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated At A Maximum Of €105,000.00 Per Year, Or A Maximum Of €420,000.00 Over 4 Years For Disposable Cystoscopes And A Maximum Of €22,000.00 Per Year, Or A Maximum Of €88,000.00 Over 4 Years For Disposable Ureteroscopes. This Brings The Total Value For This Framework Agreement To €127,000.00, Excl. Vat On An Annual Basis Or €508,000.00 Excl. Vat, For The Full 4 Years. This Is Also Considered The Maximum Order Amount.
