Tenders are invited for Purchasing of Engines c13 with Qty.5. The Oil Exploration Company (OEC) one of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil Companies, announces for the second time the issuance of the a / m tender within (operation) Budget described as below: Turbo charge /24 valve / diesel / 6 cylinder / water cooled/ electronic control/ (4) four stroke / 13 litter / 328 Kw / inter cooler (Air/Air)/(440 Hp) @ 2100 RPM / EPA-CARB tier 3 and Eu stage III a, with QTY/5. Arrangement Number: 360-5981. Serial number (identical or equivalent): RRA13382. The engines should be new, not refurbished with the grantee of the manufacturing company. The engines should be completed and with all accessories with the attached engine breakdown. The origin should be: American, Western Europe, and Japanese. The manufacturing year: 2024 or newer. The warranty period should be not less than (1000) one thousand working hour. The delivery period should be 120 days based ON (DDP at OECs warehouse Baghdad). The required qualification criteria for the tender include: (financial capability demonstrated by a bank statement amounting to ID 502,200,000 (five hundred two Million two Hundred Thousand Iraqi dinars), With details specified in the standard documents), and (one similar completed project within the last ten (10) years prior to the closing date, with a value equivalent to 30% of the estimated cost), and (technical specifications represented by the technical offer). Competent and Specialized companies with financial abilities which are interested to participate in the a/m tender may visit the Oil Exploration Company / headquarter at the fourth floor of the building of Ministry of Oil documents according to the following: 1- to obtain tender documents in which the technical specifications, the contractual conditions and standard documents are described against non-refundable amount of (1,250,000 ID) one million two hundred fifty thousand Iraqi Dinars which should be applied. The amount shall be refundable only in case of cancellation of the said tender. 2- Bidders must submit a bid bond in favor of OEC with an amount of (16,740,000 ID) sixteen millions seven hundred forty thousand ID In the form of bank guarantee, certified check or bank draft from Iraqi accredited bank with a validity period of (120 days). 3- The estimated cost of the above tender is 837,000,000 ID (eight hundred thirty seven million ID). 4- The closing date of submitting offers is on Sunday 11/10/2026 (During the official working times) and the validity of the offers should be not less than (120 days). 5- Bids shall be submitted in triplicate, with the tender number and copy type clearly marked on each envelope. 6- the meeting of answering enquires of bidder shall be on Sunday 4/10/2026 The place of submitting offers and enquires of bidder is at the 3rd floor of OEC in the building of Ministry of Oil. 7- Offers shall be opened in public on Monday 12/10/2026 at 10:00 am.
