(a) Bids must be delivered to the address below at 6(b) on or before 16 th October, 202602.00PM local time. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the biddersrepresentatives, who choose to attend at the address below at paragraph 6(c) on 16 th September, 2026 at 02:00 PM, local time. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Declaration. (b)A non- refundable fee of MK30,000/- for each document, the method of payment will be cash.
