Request for proposals for Cash Transfers and Beneficiaries Cash Distributions in Project locations in South Sudan Scope of Work ZOA Dorcas implements emergency response interventions through Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) to support vulnerable households and affected communities. Given the nature of this assistance, the service provider is expected to play a vital role in the delivery process by ensuring secure, transparent, accurate, and timely transfer of funds to beneficiaries. The effectiveness ofthe service providers operations will significantly contribute to the overall success and impact of the project. 4. Key Responsibilities of the service provider.
