The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Provide A Reliable Network Base On Which Individual Business And Digital Services Can Be Functionally Relied Upon, With Clearly Defined Integration Points, Security, Measurable Quality And Responsibility For Delivery. The Network Is The Key Operational Platform, But The Application Services That Use It Can Be Implemented On Separate Technological Platforms And With Different Technological Suppliers.
