The Contractor Has At Least 3 People - Trainers Who Have, Depending On The Part Of The Order For Which They Are Submitting An Offer, The Following Qualifications: A) Having Qualifications And Authorizations Appropriate To Conduct Sts01 And Sts02 Training, In Accordance With Commission Implementing Regulation (Eu) 2019/947 Of 24 May 2019 On The Regulations And Procedures Regarding The Operation Of Unmanned Aircraft, Active Qualifications For A Uav Pilot Up To 25 Kg In The Category Sts01 Vlos And Sts02 Bvlos, And B) Appearing On The Current List Of Training Operators In The Database Of The Civil Aviation Office, Available At Https://Www.Ulc.Gov.Pl/Pl/Drony/Powiedzszkolen/5827Listaoperatorowszkolacych And Having Experience In The Implementation Of This Type Of Training, Including Conducting By Each Instructor At Least 5 Training Courses In The Sts01 Vlos And Sts02 Bvlos Categories For At Least 2 Participants Each, Within The Last 3 Years.
