Region Västerbotten Procures A Web-Based Chemical Management System That Is Delivered As A Complete Saas Service Including Operation, Support, Maintenance And Further Development. The System Will Replace The Regions Current Chemical Management System And Support The Work With Chemical Inventory, Inventory, Risk Assessment, Substitution And Follow-Up Of Chemical Products. The Procurement Includes Delivery Of The System, Migration Of Existing Information, Integrations, Training Of Inventory/Risk Assessors And Main Administrators As Well As Management During The Contract Period. The System Must Handle At Least 3,500 Unique Product Numbers And Be Used At Approximately 300 Workplaces By Approximately 450 Inventors/Risk Assessors And 15 Main Administrators. All Employees In The Region Must Be Able To Be Read Users Through A Regional License.
