The Services Advertised Here Include The Restoration And Replacement Of The Wallpaper In The Music Room. The Following Partial Services Are Part Of The Scope Of Services: - Familiarization With The Documents And Preparation Of A Schedule For The Provision Of The Services; - Acceptance And Transport Of The Historical Wallpaper To The Contractors Workshop As Well As Transport To The Place Of Installation In The Mhg - Procurement And Provision Of All Materials, Work Equipment And Equipment Required For The Provision Of The Service; - Carrying Out The Measures Listed In The Lv (Cleaning, Strengthening, Depositing, Repairing Defects, Producing Stretcher Frames And Installing The Wallpaper On The New Stretcher Frame, Installing The Frames In The Music Room To Be Restored In The Mhg - In Close Coordination With The Wood Restoration Trade); - If Necessary, Storage Of The Restored Wallpaper And/Or Stretcher Frames Until Installation In The Mhg; - Close Coordination With The Wood Restoration Trade For Size, Construction And Assembly Of The Clamping Frames; - Technical Exchange And Coordination With All Those Involved In The Project Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution; - Decrease In Intermediate States; - Documentation Of The Services Carried Out In Writing And Images. - Supervision Of Interns As Part Of The Hamburg Practical Year For Restoration (See Point 2.4, Several Months). If It Is Necessary To Deviate From The Specifications Of The Service Description, This Must Be Reported To The Construction Management And The Client Immediately And Approval Must Be Obtained. All Services Must Be Carried Out In Close Coordination With The Specialist Construction Management And The Client. The Technical Coordination Takes Place Approximately Every Two Weeks Over The Period Of Service Provision (More Frequently At The Beginning, Later If Necessary At Longer Intervals), Is Not Remunerated Separately And Must Be Included In The Standard Prices. Based On The General Schedule Provided By The Client, The Contractor Must Draw Up A Detailed Schedule For Its Contractual Services Within 10 Working Days Of Being Commissioned And Update It For The Duration Of The Contractual Service.
