Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Appointing A Designer For The Renewal Of The Sports Infrastructure At The Keperenberg Site, Keperenbergstraat 37, 1701 Dilbeek-Itterbeek. The Municipality Of Dilbeek Has A Sports Complex On The Keperenberg Site, Keperenbergstraat 37, 1701 Dilbeek – Itterbeek And Wishes To Build A New, Sustainable Sports Hall On This Site. The Sports Hall Must Have, Among Other Things: - A Large Sports Hall For Various Sports; - A Multi-Purpose Room, Linked To A Cafeteria, For Multifunctional Use; - A Combat Gym; - A Youth Center; - Changing Rooms, Sanitary Block, First Aid Room, Storage Spaces, Etc. The Aim Is To Have A Sports Complex That Functions As Autonomously As Possible (Access Control, Camera Surveillance, Lighting And Heating Linked To A Reservation Package, Etc.). In The Context Of This Project, The Municipality Of Dilbeek And Farys Would Like To Be Assisted By A Designer To Take On The Design Assignment. A Construction Cost Of €8,570,000 (Excl. Vat) Is Taken Into Account. This Target Budget Is Based On Current Insights, Which Can Of Course Still Be Adjusted During The Design Process And In That Sense The Amount Is Purely Indicative. Tenderers Must Take Into Account That The Estimate Of The Project May Evolve During The Design Process As The Project Becomes More Concrete.
