Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And Summer Houses In The City And Commune Of Ślesin. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Services Consisting In The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses, Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes, From The City And Commune Of Ślesin In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Law And Equipping The Properties With The Quantities And Types Of Bags Required By The Ordering Party. 2. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Operation Of The Pszok Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Located In The Ślesin Commune In Lubomyśl. The Area Under Pszok Is The Property Of The Ślesin Commune And Will Be Made Available To The Selected Contractor For The Duration Of The Contract. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Estimated Amounts Of Waste And Its Type, As Well As A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding Implementation And Acceptance, Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 5. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
