The Scope Of The Work Is Mirrored To The Scope Of The Sde++ Scheme, The Two-Way Contract (Cfd Or Contract For Difference) And The Sce Scheme Or Adjustments And Their Future Successors. Broadening Or Narrowing These Regulations Also Leads To A Broadening Or Narrowing Of The Assignment. The Cfd Is Expected To Be Introduced In 2027 And Shows A High Degree Of Similarity With The Sde++ For Consultancy Work. Where This Text Mentions Sde++, Sde++ And/Or Cfd Should Be Read. The Advice For The Year 2026 Relates To The Following Themes, Namely: - Onshore Wind Energy; - Offshore Wind Energy; - Solar Pv; - Solar Thermal; - Hydropower; - Biomass (Fermentation, Combustion, Gasification, Advanced Transport Fuels); - Electrification (Including Heat Pumps, E-Boiler, High Temperature Storage, Hydrogen Production From Electrolysis); - Storage Or Use Of Co2 (Ccs, Ccu); And - Other Heat Supply (Res) Change Notes (Which Are Discussion Memos For The Market Consultation) And Final Advice Are Written Together With Experts From The Pbl. The Tenderer Is Asked To Collaborate With The Pbl By Contributing Technical Knowledge. The Tenderer Is Also Asked To Support The Pbl In The Market Consultation By Analyzing Written And Oral Responses, Participating In Discussions And Contributing To The Documentation Of The Market Consultation. The Tenderer Supports The Pbl In The Translation Of The Changes Notice And The Market Consultation In The Final Advice. At Least One Expert From Both The Pbl And The Tenderer Is Involved In Each Theme. At Least 3 Of 8 Themes Are Assigned To The Tendering Party, In Any Case: 1.
