Strip Foundations, Reinforced Concrete Outer Walls Of The Underground Car Park And The Cantilevered Reinforced Concrete Ceiling Are Made Of In-Situ Concrete. The Rising Floors On The Ground Floor And First Floor Are Made With Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Elements, Steel System Beams And Prestressed Concrete Hollow-Plank Ceilings. The Outer Walls Are Non-Load-Bearing And Are Made Of Prefabricated Timber Frame Walls. The Staggered Floor And The Roof Ceiling Are Therefore Built As A Wooden Structure. The Tendered Service Includes The Elevator System.
