The Public Procurement Is Conducted With The Aim Of Selecting A Supplier Of Net Electrical Energy For Umbal Prof. Dr. St. Kirkovich Jsc - Low Voltage According To The Technical Specification - Part Of The Documentation. Subject: Supply Of Net Electric Energy For Umbal Prof. Dr. St. Kirkovich Jsc - Low Voltage According To The Technical Specification - Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, As Well As Full Administration Of The Information Flow (Of Consumption Forecasting Activities, Preparation Of Schedules By The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, Their Submission To Eso Ead And Their Correction If Necessary, Responsibility For Balancing And Assuming Costs For Imbalances, Payment Of Network Services To The Operator Of The Electricity Distribution Network And To The Electricity Transmission Network, Etc.), As Well As All Inherent Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority In The Free Electricity Market. The Total Estimated Amount Of Electricity Supply For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months – 5200 Mwh. The Place Of Delivery Is The Buildings Of Umbal Prof. Dr. St. Kirkovich Jsc, Located In The City Of Stara Zagora, At The Administrative Addresses Specified In The List Of Objects Attached To The Technical Specification. The Term For The Execution Of The Contract Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Registration Of The First Schedule For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy After The Entry Into Force Of The Contract Or Until Reaching The Maximum Allowable Value Under The Contract, Whichever Of The Two Circumstances Occurs First. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Zop, In Conjunction With Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code, In Conjunction With Art. 5, Para. 2 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Envisages The Possibility Of Applying The Option: Amendment Of The Contract Should Be Understood As Meaning That If, During The Validity Of The Contract, The Estimated Volume Of Electricity Mwh, Specified In The Present Documentation And The Technical Specification, Is Reached, Or When, At The Time Of Expiry Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Does Not Have A Valid Contract With A Selected Contractor For The Supply Of Electricity, The Concluded Contract For The Award Of This Public Procurement Can Be Amended On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 And/Or Item 3 And Para. 2 Of The Ppa, And Its Validity Period Will Be Extended By Signing An Additional Agreement Between The Parties For A Period Until A New Contract Is Concluded, But Not By More Than 6 Months, As In Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of The Ppa, The Contracting Authority Indicates That The Volume Of The Option Is About 1300 Mwh Of Additional Supplies, And Its Value Cannot Exceed 190,000 Euros Without Vat. The Estimated Value Of This Order Is Eur 776,904.00 Excluding Vat. The Total Estimated Value Of The Order With The Included Option Is Eur 966,904 Without Vat, And Its Estimated Volume With The Included Option Is 6,348 Mwh, And These Are The Maximum Value And Volume Of Supplies Of The Contract, Which Is Awarded The Execution Of This Public Procurement.
