The Collection And Transport To The Collection Point By The Client Are Not Part Of The Procurement. The Advertised Material Flow Includes The Contents Of The Municipal Organic Waste Bin From Private Households, Including Vegetable Garden Waste, To The Extent That This Is Permitted In The Organic Waste Bin According To The Local Waste Regulations. In Particular, Separately Recorded Garden And Park Waste, Landscape Maintenance Waste, Roadside Greenery, Cemetery Waste, Municipal Green Waste, Market Waste And Organic Waste From Catering, Trade, Horticulture, Agriculture And Forestry And Other Areas Of Origin Are Not Included. The Pick-Up Point Must Be Located Within A Maximum Distance Of 10 Km, Measured On The Shortest Route Permitted For Heavy Trucks From The Langensalzaer Straße/Martinistraße Intersection In Mühlhausen/Thuringia. The Provision Of Services Is Binding From January 1St, 2027 For An Initial Period Of Two Years Until December 31St, 2028. The Services Must Be Provided In Compliance With The Applicable Waste, Pollution Control, Fertilizer, Soil Protection, Water And Other Relevant Public Law Requirements.
