Office Automation Services – Framework Agreement For Purchasing And Supplying Software Licenses And Hardware. Ndw Currently Has An Expiring Framework Agreement For The Purchase And Supply Of Software Licenses And Hardware And Intends To Outsource The Purchasing Process Of Software Licenses And Hardware For Software Development Through A New Framework Agreement With One (1) Intermediary Partner. The Service Provider To Be Engaged Must Be Able To Meet The Requested Needs And Short Lead Times For Offering Suitable Software Licenses And Hardware. The Maximum Contract Value Is €900,000 For The Initial Term Of Three Years. For The Optional Extension Period Of One (1) Year, An Increase In The Maximum Contract Value Of € 350,000 Applies. This Contract Value Has Been Determined, Among Other Things, Because Of The Growth Of Ndw And The Possibility Of Expanding Required Software Licenses Or Hardware. Currently Approximately €135,000 Is Spent On Software Licenses And Hardware On An Annual Basis. It Is Realistically Possible That The Maximum Contract Value Will Not Be Achieved Due To The Dependence On The Budgets And Assignments Of The Ndw Partners.
