1. Granting A Long-Term Loan In The Following Amount Of Pln 2,904,207.46, Which, In Accordance With Resolution No. Xxi/N146/26 Of The Karsin Commune Council Of September 17, 2026, Is Intended To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit.2.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Loan Amount Within The Following Deadline: Pln 968,000.00 By November 6, 2026 Pln 968,000.00 By November 30, 2026 Pln 968,207.46 By December 14, 2026 The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Disbursing Individual Tranches Of The Loan At A Later Date Dates Than Those Indicated Above. The Ordering Party Will Submit Written Applications For The Release Of A Loan Tranche Two Days Before The Release Date. A) The Ordering Party Expects That The Only Form Of Security Provided Will Be A Blank Promissory Note. The Contractor Will Not Require Any Other Security For The Contracted Obligation. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow For The Possibility Of Submitting A Declaration In The Form Of A Notarial Deed Pursuant To Art. 777 §1 Of The Act Of November 17, 1964, Code Of Civil Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1575, As Amended). B) The Amounts Of Individual Loan Tranches Will Be Paid To The Indicated Bank Account In The Bank Servicing The Municipal Budget.3.Loan Repayment Terms: A) The Ordering Partys Liability For Loan Interest Will Be Settled Monthly As The Sum Of The Variable Wibor Base Rate For 1-Month Pln Deposits On The Interbank Market, From The Last Quotation In The Month Preceding The Month For Which Interest Will Be Charged, Plus The Banks (Possible) Fixed Margin. B) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party In Writing About The Amount Of The 1M Wibor Base Rate In The Following Months. C) To Calculate The Interest At When Preparing The Price Offer, It Should Be Assumed That A Year Has 365 Days. D) The Contractor Will Grant The Ordering Party A Grace Period In Repayment Of The Loan Until March 29, 2027. The Loan Repayment Grace Period Will Apply Only To The Capital. E) During The Loan Servicing Period, The Repayment Of Interest Due If It Falls On A Saturday Or A Public Holiday Is Considered To Have Been Met If The Repayment Takes Place On The First Business Day After The Date Specified In The Contract. Loan.F) Loan Repayment Dates: Repayment Will Be Made By December 30, 2032.
