The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Development Of The Jordanowski Garden Area In Kościerzyna At Ul. 3 Maja, On Plots No. 98/3 And 460/2, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Construction Of A New Auditorium In An Amphitheater Arrangement, Seats In Front Of The Stage And Elements Of Communication, Drainage, Technical Infrastructure, Lighting, Monitoring, Small Architecture And Greenery. The Planned Investment Maintains The Current Recreational And Leisure Function Of The Area And Adapts It To The Organization Of Outdoor And Cultural Events. The Works Will Be Carried Out Under Archaeological Supervision. The Cost Of Archaeological Works Is Borne By The Ordering Party. The Works Will Be Carried Out Based On Building Permit Decisions. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In Chapter 4 Of The Terms Of Reference, Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bill Of Quantities, Which Are Available On The Website Of The Proceedings.
