The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse, Located In The Place Of The Shelter Intended For Demolition As A Continuation Of The Existing Building Of A Similar Nature Near The North-West Corner Of The Plot, The Construction Of A Storage Shelter, The Demolition Of Colliding Structures, I.E. The Shelter, A Septic Tank With The Installation Of A Sewage System And A Fence Along With Its Reconstruction, As Well As The Reconstruction Of The Paved Area Constituting A Driveway To The Designed Facilities. The Oc Warehouse Building Was Located In The Western Part Of The Plot, In The Place After The Demolition Of The Shelter, At The Junction With The Existing Brick Warehouse Buildings. The Project Includes A Single-Story Facility, Made Of Light Steel Construction Technology, With An External Casing Made Of Sandwich Panels. The Building Has A Cuboid Shape, On A Rectangular Plan, With A Flat, Single-Pitch Roof. Dimensions: Width 6.00 X Length 7.00 X Height 4.50 M. At A Distance Of 1 M To The North Of The Oc Warehouse, A Rectangular Shelter With Reinforced Concrete Walls Up To A Height Of 1.60 M And A Roof Made Of A Light Steel Structure With A Flat Single-Pitch Roof Covered With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal Is Planned. Dimensions: Width 3.80 X Length 5.50 X Height 3.50 M. The Scope Of Work And The Contractors Responsibility Within The Scope Of This Order Also Includes: 1. Before The Commencement Of The Works, Preparation Of The Safety And Health Protection Plan For The Construction Works Planned To Be Carried Out, If Required, 2. Organization And Development Of The Construction Facilities, 3. After The Completion Of The Works, Restoring The Construction Site To Its Original Condition, Dismantling The Structures Temporary Works And Tidying Up The Area, 4. Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Technical Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Bill Of Quantities Available On The Website Of The Proceedings.
