1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Task: Adaptation Of Basements In The Building Of The District Office In Otwock At Ul. Komunardów 0 For Olioc.2 Warehouse Functions.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works, Together With The Requirements Regarding Materials And Equipment, Technology, Quality And Workmanship Standard, Are Included In: 1) Design Documentation; 2) Bill Of Quantities; 3) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 4) Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annexes To This Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature In Relation To The Design Documentation And Should Be Treated Solely As Auxiliary Materials For Determining The Lump Sum Price Of The Order. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.3.The Scope Of The Order Includes: – Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including: Dismantling The Concrete Floor, Dismantling Uniform Cement Terrazzo Floors, Dismantling The Door Leaf; – Preparatory And Finishing Works, Including Horizontal Coating Damp-Proof Insulation, Removal Of Old Paint, Painting Of Ceilings And Walls, Installation Of Steel Doors; – Sanitary Installations; – Electrical Installations; – Waste Removal And Disposal.4.The Bill Of Quantities - Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration - Constitutes Only Information Material As To The Type Of Works Covered By This Order, Therefore The Contractor Cannot Rely On The Bill Of Quantities As The Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. Elements Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Not Priced, And Resulting Directly From The Design Or Tender Documentation, Will Be Deemed By The Ordering Party To Be Valued And Included In The Offer Without The Possibility Of Any Claims By The Contractor In This Respect. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Work Site And Maintain Order During And After Completion Of The Work.6.Construction Works Will Be Performed In An Active Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize And Secure The Facility And Perform The Works In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Difficulties In The Functioning Of The Office And Does Not Pose A Threat To The People Staying There. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Minimizes Factors Disturbing The Work Performed By The Ordering Partys Employees And Collaborators.
