1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Swimming Pool Water Treatment System In The Recreation And Sports Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Bielany District With The System Conditions Specified In The Swz Together With Annexes.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations, In Particular Taking Into Account The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025.418). 3. The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Public Procurement Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Awarded To It.
