The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Modernization Of The Building Of The Municipal And Municipal Cultural Center In Żelechów, Including The Reconstruction Of The Auditorium With The Stage And Facilities, Construction, Installation And Finishing Works, As Well As The Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Commissioning Of Stage Technology Systems, In Particular The Sound System, Stage Lighting, Multimedia, Stage Mechanics, Curtain Walls And Control Systems. The Order Will Be Implemented In Two Stages. Stage I Will Be Completed And Settled In 2026, And Stage Ii In 2027. Each Stage Will Constitute A Separate Material And Financial Part Of The Order, Subject To Separate Acceptance. The Material And Financial Scope Of Stage I Will Be Determined In Such A Way That The Value Of The Works Performed And The Devices, Materials And Equipment Actually Delivered And Handed Over To The Ordering Party Constitutes 60% Of The Contractors Total Gross Remuneration. The Remaining Part Of The Order, Constituting 40% Of The Total Gross Remuneration, Will Be Performed As Part Of Stage Ii.A) Stage I - Scope To Be Performed In 2026. Stage I Includes The Delivery Of The Largest Possible Part Of The Devices, Equipment And Stage Technology Elements That Can Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party And Collected Before Their Final Assembly, As Well As The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works That Can Be Completed And Accepted In 2026. As Part Of Stage I, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To:1.Carrying Out The Necessary Measurements, Inventories And Workshop And Assembly Projects; 2. Checking The Installation Locations Of The Designed Structures, Devices, Suspensions And Anchoring Points; 3. Supply Of Devices And Equipment For The Electroacoustic System, In Particular: O Main, Woofer, Front And Monitor Loudspeakers, O Power Amplifiers, O Digital Console, O Preamplifiers, Sound Processors And Network Devices, O Wired And Wireless Microphones, O Receivers, Transmitters And Other Elements Of Wireless Systems, O Technological Cabinets, Patch Panels, Connections, Cables, Connectors And Accessories; 4. Supply Of Devices And Equipment For The Stage Lighting System, In Particular: O Led Profile Reflectors, O Fresnel Led Reflectors, O Par Led Reflectors, O Spot And Wash Devices, O Hazer Devices, O Lighting Console, O Splitters And Dmx Control Devices, O Handles, Safety Ropes, Cables, Connectors And Other Accessories; 5. Supply Of Multimedia System Devices And Equipment, In Particular: O Multimedia Projector With Lens, O Projection Screen, O Devices For Signal Transmission, Switching And Conversion, O Viewing Monitors, O Control Devices, O Cables, Connections And Accessories; 6.
