1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Expansion Of Bicycle Infrastructure In The Kamień Pomorski Commune. Construction Of A Bicycle Path To Głaz Królewski On Chrząszczewska Island, Consisting In The Construction Of A Bicycle Road To Głaz Królewski On The Section From The Intersection With The District Road No. 1013Z To The Viewing Point, Along With Accompanying Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of Road Works, Works Related To Land Development, Works In The Field Of Construction Of Lighting And Power Infrastructure, Securing The Existing Power Infrastructure Within The Road Lane Of The Bicycle Path Being Built And The Performance Of All Activities, Tests, Measurements, Acceptance And Documentation Necessary For The Proper Execution And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order. The Project Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For Western Pomerania 2021-2027, Priority 7: Funds European For The Partner Western Pomerania, Measure 7.1 Urban Development (Iti)2.The Material Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of Construction Works In The Following Industries And Scopes: Road Industry: • Construction Of A Bicycle Road With A Length Of 887.20 M And A Basic Surface Width Of 2.0 M, With A One-Sided Transverse Slope Of 2%; • Construction Of A Bituminous Surface Of A Bicycle Road On The Section From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+865.20; • Construction Of The Final Section From Km 0+865.20 To Km 0+887.20, Including A Recreation Area With A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones;• Construction Of Both-Sided Dirt Roadsides With A Width Of 0.5 M To 1.0 M, Including Sowing With Grass;• Construction Of Framing The Surface With Concrete Pavement Edges 8×30×100 Cm On A Concrete Bench With Resistance;• Construction Of The Surface Structure In Accordance With The Detailed Design, Including Asphalt Concrete Layers, Foundation Made Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate And A Layer Of Cement-Stabilized Soil;• Construction And Reconstruction Of Exits To Properties Adjacent To The Road, With A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, In Accordance With The Design Documentation;• Execution Of The Necessary Connections And Adaptations Of The Designed Bicycle Path To Existing Roads, Exits And Land Development, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including In The Area Of The Intersection With The District Road No. 1013Z;• Execution Of Surface Drainage By Appropriate Shaping Of The Surface And Drainage Of Rainwater To Adjacent Ground Shoulders.• Permanent Traffic Organization Design - Markings And Traffic Organization Elements Covered By The Project Should Be Made, Only In The Scope Of The Designed Bicycle Path, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Scope Of This Order.• The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works.
