The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Olchowa Street In Wieluń - Stage I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Ul. Olchowa In Wieluń With An Adjacent Internal Road With A Total Length Of Approx. 162 M, Including Drainage And Lighting Of The Internal Road And The Addition Of A Sidewalk Within The Existing Part Of The Street. Olchowa. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works; 2) Laying A Canal Made Of Pp/Pvc Pipes With A Diameter Of 160 Mm, 200 Mm, 315 Mm; 3) Laying Inspection Wells In A Ready-Made Trench Made Of Concrete Rings With A Diameter Of 1000 Mm On A C16/20 Thick Concrete Slab. 20 Cm; 4) Arrangement Of Prefabricated Concrete Street Sewage Chambers With A Diameter Of 500 Mm With A Settling Tank Without A Siphon And A Waste Basket On A C16/20 Thick Concrete Slab. 20 Cm;5) Laying A Concrete Footing With Support For Curbs, Edges And Block Drainage;6) Laying 15 Cm Wide Curbs On A Cement-Sand Ballast;7) Laying Concrete Edges With Dimensions Of 30X8 Cm On A Cement-Sand Ballast, Filling The Joints With Cement Mortar;8) Laying The Road Surface With Thick Concrete Cubes 8 Cm. On A Cement-Sand Ballast;9) Laying The Surface Of The Exits With 8 Cm Thick Colored Concrete Paving Stones, Laid On A Cement-Sand Ballast;10) Laying The Sidewalk Surface With 8 Cm Thick Colored Concrete Paving Stones, Laid On A Cement-Sand Ballast;11) Cleaning The Ditch And Culverts Within It From Silt To A Given Elevation Along With Profiling Slopes; 12) Execution Of Lighting. The Order Also Includes Obtaining Appropriate Documents Resulting From The Issued Permits, Permits And Notifications Necessary For The Use Of The Investment Task Covered By The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or The Basis For The Valuation Of Offers. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Determine The Scope Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Statements Included In The Bills Of Quantities Are Only Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Works And Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs.
