Huty Julia 9A.1) The Scope Of Works Is Varied And Includes Construction, Renovation And Renovation Works, Roof Covering And Construction Works.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Provided In Annex No. 1.1.A To The Swz - Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works3) The Ordering Party Attaches The Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Swz) As Non-Binding Material. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Indicative And Should Be Treated As Supporting Material For A Quick And General Understanding Of The Material Scope And Size Of The Project. The Quantity And Description Of Individual Items Of The Bill Of Quantities Should Not Be Treated As Final And Defining.2.The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annexes To The Swz, No. 2.1 In Relation To Part 1 And No. 2.2 In Relation To Part 2.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works Being The Subject Of The Order.
