5.1 As Part Of The Investment Called Connection Of New Storage Tanks For Drinking Water With Existing Tanks Will Be Carried Out: Earthworks; Protection Of Existing Infrastructure; Connection Of New Tanks With Existing Ones; Reconstruction Of The Access Road To The Tanks And The Municipal Road Ul. Palecka; Flushing And Disinfection Of The Pipeline, Tanks, Fittings And Devices; Start-Up And Pressure Test With Adjustment Of Pump Operating Levels. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Water Supply Network Along With Securing The Existing Infrastructure And Demolition And Reconstruction Works To The Existing Condition. Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Developed Construction Design (Pzt And Pab) And Technical Design. The Planned Demolition And Construction Of The Above-Mentioned Facility Includes: - Construction Of The Water Supply Network With Shut-Off Fittings: - Fi*160Mm Pe100rc Sdr 11 (Pn16) + Risers,- Fi*110Mm Pe100rc Sdr 11 (Pn16) + Risers,- Installation Of Hydrostatic Probes - Construction Multi-Core Earth Cable For Hydrostatic Probes + Risers - Construction Of The Enn- Wlz Power Cable + Risers Power And Control Cable Laid In The Arot Type Protective Conductor Fi 110 Mm - Cutting Off And Permanent Plugging Of The Decommissioned Water Pipeline. Accompanying Works Related To The Construction Of The Above-Mentioned Facility Include: - Geodetic Marking Out Of The Network, - Performing Manual Inspection Excavations In Places Of Collision Or Close To The Existing One Utilities, - Performing As-Built Geodetic Measurements, - Preparing As-Built And Acceptance Documentation With Submitting An Application For An Occupancy Decision From Pinb Or Reporting The Completion Of Works; The Contractor Will Have A Power Of Attorney To Act On Behalf Of The Investor. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program, As Part Of The Task Entitled Construction Of A Backup, Alternative Water Intake By Constructing An Underground Drinking Water Tank With A Capacity Of 50 M3 In Order To Provide An Alternative Source Of Drinking Water Supply In Emergency Situations. 5.2 The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Land Development Design, Bill Of Quantities And In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
