1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Warehouse Halls In Tarnowskie Góry, At Ul. Pyskowicka 54.2. The Order Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026.3.The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of Warehouse Halls In Tarnowskie Góry, At Ul. Pyskowicka 542) Obtaining A Final Occupancy Permit Decision On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party.4.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In The Following Documents: A.Design Documentation (Attachment No. 5A-B To Swz), B.Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 6 To Swz), C.Stwior (Annex No. 7 To Swz), D.Decision No. 822/26 Of September 25, 2026 - Construction Permit (Annex No. 8 To Swz);E.Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To The Swz).5.Conditions Of Contract Execution. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Performed Based On The Tender Documentation, Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities. If The Contractor Finds That The Above-Mentioned Documentation Contains Errors Or Omissions, He Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of This Fact.6.The Required Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is A Minimum Of 3 Years (In Words: Three Years), Counting From The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party, The Investors Supervision Inspector (If Appointed) And The Contractor Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Works, With The Exception Of The Warranty For Devices Covered By Manufacturers Factory Warranties, Which Should Be A Minimum Of 2 Years. Guarantees For Devices Granted By The Manufacturer Will Be Counted From The Date Signed By The Ordering Party, The Investors Supervision Inspector (If Appointed And The Contractor) For A Fault-Free Final Acceptance Report Of The Works. 7. The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order Of Persons Performing Activities Included In The So-Called Direct Costs. Therefore, This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works, I.E. The So-Called Manual Workers. The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others, Persons Managing Construction Or Works, Providing Surveying Services, Suppliers Of Construction Materials. 8. Where Standards Or European Assessments Have Been Indicated In The Construction Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Or The Bill Of Quantities.
