1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Low-Voltage 0.4 Kv Cable Power Network For Road Lighting Along With The Installation Of Lighting Poles, Led Lighting Fixtures And A Free-Standing Lighting Control Cabinet - Stage I.2.The Investment Is Located In Drawsko Pomorskie, Along The Piastowska Promenade, On Plot No. 414, Precinct 0011 Drawsko Pomorskie, On The Section From Ul. Stanisław Staszic Towards Pkp.3.The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Arrangements, Technical Connection Conditions, Applicable Legal Provisions, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. The Submitted Design Documentation Was Prepared In August 2026 And Includes A Technical Description, Bill Of Materials, Power Supply Diagram, Technical Cards, Connection Conditions, Arrangements, As Well As A Drawing Indicating The Location Of The Designed Devices. 4. The Design Documentation Provides For The Power Supply Of The Designed Lighting From The Existing Power Infrastructure And The Construction Of A New Lighting Control Cabinet5.The Presented Bill Of Quantities Are Only Auxiliary Materials And Do Not Constitute A List Of Planned Works And Expected Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Demand Additional Payment If, At The Implementation Stage, It Turns Out That He Did Not Take Into Account The Elements Described In The Design Documentation. Due To The Fact That The List Of Works Planned For Calculating The Remuneration Is Prepared By The Contractor, He Will Be Able To Demand An Increase In The Remuneration Only If, While Exercising Due Diligence, He Could Not Anticipate A Larger Number Of Construction Works. This Means That If The Contractors Quantities In The Bills Of Quantities Received By The Ordering Party Are Lower Than In The Design Documentation, He Will Be Obliged To Perform All The Works Listed In All The Above-Mentioned. Projects Without Additional Remuneration.6.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 6.1. Geodetic Marking Of The Route Of The Designed Lighting Network And The Location Of The Poles And Lighting Cabinet;6.2. Construction Of A 0.4 Kv Cable Power Line For Road Lighting;6.3. Installation Of Lighting Poles - 14 Pieces, Provided In The Project As Steel Lighting Poles With A Height Of Approx. 6 M, Placed On Prefabricated Foundations;6.4. Installation Of 14 Led Lighting Fixtures Intended To Illuminate The Communication Route, Fixtures Equipped With A 50% Power Consumption Reduction Circuit That Operates For 2 Hours Before Virtual Midnight And 5 Hours After It;6.5. Making A Set Of Electrical Connections In Poles, Including The Use Of Plates/Pole Connectors And Fixture Protection;6.6. Implementation Of Protective Earthing Of The Designed Installation Elements;6.7. Installation Of A Free-Standing Lighting Control Cabinet With The Required Equipment, Safety, Contr
