The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Design Of An Individual Biological Sewage Treatment Plant, In Accordance With The Pn-En 12566-3+A2:2013 Standard, Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Or Reporting The Intention To Perform Construction Works To The Architectural And Construction Administration Body In Stargard (In Accordance With The Construction Law), Including In Particular The Identification Of Conditions Soil And Water For The Purposes Of Implementing The Project And Implementing The Task, Preparing Geotechnical Documentation, Obtaining Written Consent From Property Owners Agreeing On The Location Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Project Should Be Prepared In 4 Copies In Writing And In An Electronic Version. 2) Construction Of An Individual Biological Sewage Treatment Plant, Including Technical And Technological Commissioning And Individual Training In The Use And Operation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Place And Date Of The Training Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party, And The Ordering Party Will Provide The Premises Of The Village Community Center For The Training Purposes Free Of Charge.3) Warranty Service Consisting In Free Servicing Activities Provided By The Manufacturers Of The Sewage Treatment Plant And Devices Necessary For Its Operation.4) Free Replacement Or Repair During The Warranty Period Of Damaged Or Defective Elements Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Or Devices Necessary For Its Operation.5) Removal Of Failures Reported By Users During The Warranty Period. Sewage Treatment Plants, Regardless Of The Reasons For The Failure.
