The Subject Of The Order Is: Design And Execution Of Construction Works Including Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Stare Załubice Together With The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources. The Task Includes The Preparation And Implementation Of An Investment Project Including Works Related To Thermal Modernization And Renovation Works In The Building Of The School Complex In Załubice Stare At Ul. Mazowiecka 40. The Investment Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Law In The Design And Build Formula. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of The Design Documentation Prepared At The Beginning In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary (If Required) Technical Conditions, Technical Opinions, Arrangements, Extracts, Drawings, Maps And Other Documents As Well As Administrative Decisions And Other Permits, Including The Decision On The Building Permit And The Decision On The Permit To Use The Investment, Or Submit The Necessary Notifications.
