The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Investment Of: Disassembly Of Two Internal Cranes Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Two Brand New Passenger Elevators At The District Hospital In Rawicz Sp. Z O.O.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Was Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter: Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Scope Of This Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Project For The Investment Task Entitled: Disassembly Of Two Internal Lifts Along With The Delivery And Installation Of Two Brand New Passenger Lifts At The District Hospital In Rawicz Sp. Z O. O.;2) Execution Of Works On The Basis Of Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Adaptation And Assembly Works To The Extent Enabling Obtaining Acceptance Documents, Including: • Dismantling The Indicated Two Cranes • Execution Of Electrical Installations • Execution Of Finishing Works3) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; Carrying Out Certification In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Making The Necessary Arrangements With The Office Of Technical Inspection, Including All Necessary Arrangements And Permits For Use; 4) Training Selected Employees In The Operation Of Cranes; 5) Free Of Charge: Maintenance (Monthly Technical Inspections) And Providing 24/7 Emergency Services, Including Visits To The Users Calls Related To Crane Failures During The Warranty Period.
