Description Of The Subject Of The Order.1.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Former Training Ground Water Tower In The Area Of ​​Letnia/Okólna Street, Including The Creation Of A Square Around The Water Tower. 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) General Construction Works, Including: Demolition, Brickwork, Dismantling Of Steel Water Tanks, Construction Of The Basement Floor Structure, Installation Of Windows And Doors, Internal And External Finishing Works, 2) Execution Of Electrical And Low-Voltage Installations, 3) Execution Of Sanitary Installations, 4) Landscaping Elements, Including: Sidewalks, Stairs, Parking Lot, Waste Shelter, Construction Revitalization Of The Square Around The Water Tower.1.3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Thermoprojekt Projekty Inwestycji Budowlanych Jacek Winogrodzki And Salt Studio, Including An Annex To The Construction Design - The Employers Own Studies; Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Law, Standards, Construction And Gardening Practices, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract Template. In Addition, The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract Taking Into Account The Dnsh Principle (Do No Serious Harm), A Requirement Of Which Results From Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 February 2021 Establishing A Recovery And Resilience Facility And Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18 June 2020 On Establishing A Framework Facilitating Sustainable Investment, Amending Regulation (Eu) 2019/2088.
